We serve the greater Southeast Houston area. Our shelter exists solely on donations and shelter earnings, we do not receive any government funding.
The Mission of Bay Area Pet Adoptions-Bay Area SPCA is to care for homeless companion animals as a limited admission organization. By limiting admissions, we are able to make a commitment to the lives of the animals we accept into our program until loving homes are found. In addition, we serve as an advocate for all animals in need by providing community outreach programs.
