Adoption
One of our primary functions is to find suitable homes for the animals at our shelter. If you don't find the right pet for you on this website, please check back later or visit our shelter to see our furry friends in person. View our Adoption Policy.
We are at PetCo in Clear Lake (Bay Area Blvd. @ Space Center) every Sunday, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. and at Half Price Books in Clear Lake (961 NASA Parkway/Corner of El Camino Real) the first Saturday of every month, Noon - 4 p.m.
Fees
These fees include the cost of spaying/neutering of the animal.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and Discover.
Adult Dogs: $100.00
Adult Dogs 35 lbs. and Under: $125.00
Puppies (Under One Year): $125.00

Puppies receive a 7-in-1 booster including vaccines for parvo, corona, hepatitis, and para influenza. Adult dogs receive an annual 7-in-1 vaccination and are given a heartworm test. If found heartworm positive, they are referred to a veterinarian for treatment.
Cats and kittens receive a vaccine for protection against rhinotracheitis, calcivirus, and feline distemper. Prospective owners are advised to see a veterinarian regarding other vaccines.
