Surrendering Your Pet
Before surrendering your pet, you must call the Bay Area SPCA to be
placed on the Feline or Canine Waiting List. When a spot in our facility
becomes available, we will contact you to bring in the completed
Admission Form with your animal for health and temperament testing.
Download the appropriate form now: Cat/Kitten Admission Form or Dog/Puppy Admission Form.

We are at PetCo in Clear Lake (Bay Area Blvd. @ Space Center) every Sunday, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Thank you PetCo!

Directions & Map to Bay Area SPCA
The Bay Area SPCA sits on five acres of donated land off Highway 146 in San Leon, TX. We are surrounded by the towns of Bacliff, Kemah, and Seabrook. We are approximately 7 miles south of the Clear Lake area and 4 miles east of Dickinson and League City. To reach our shelter, drive south on Highway 146 a few miles past the Kemah/Seabrook bridge. Look for a large Boat City Storage sign and our Bay Area SPCA sign, turn left. We are located 1/4 mile down Avenue R.
